Online Sales Representative

As an Online Sales Representative, you'll connect with customers via WhatsApp, Facebook, and our online store, helping them place orders, solve issues, and understand our offers. Your role directly supports township communities by making shopping digital and accessible.
This position is both creative and rigorous by nature you need to think
outside the box. We expect the candidate to be proactive and have a "get it done"
spirit. To be successful, you will have solid solving problem skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with online purchases
- Upsell and promote new products or bundles
- Handle order processing and follow-up
- Respond to queries via WhatsApp, Facebook, and email
- Work closely with warehouse and delivery teams
Must Have
- Strong communication skills (Zulu + English preferred)
- Confident using WhatsApp, Facebook, and basic web tools & others
- Sales or customer service experience
- Highly creative and autonomous
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Strong analytical skills
Nice to have
- Experience with e-commerce platforms
- Product knowledge in groceries or household goods
- Ability to work flexible hours
